  • Optional: nutritional values for each recipe to help you meet specific nutrition goals

      Option 1: 10 Recipe Bundle

      This package includes:

      • 10 personalized recipes (10 breakfasts OR 10 lunch/dinners, or a combination)
      • 5 personalized snack recipes
      • Customized grocery shopping list
      • Blank meal planning template

      Note: these are not calorie or macro focused meal plans. Meal plans do not replace personalized medical or nutrition advice. Not suitable if you are currently suffering from an eating disorder or have disordered eating.

      Option 2: 20 Recipe Bundle

      $69

      This package includes:

      • 20 personalized recipes (10 breakfasts AND lunch/dinners, or 5 breakfast AND 15 lunch/dinner)
      • 5 personalized snack recipes
      • Customized grocery shopping list
      • Blank meal planning template

      Note: these are not calorie or macro focused meal plans. Meal plans do not replace personalized medical or nutrition advice. Not suitable if you are currently suffering from an eating disorder or have disordered eating.

      Option 3: Virtual meal planning session & recipes

      $179 (Ontario residents only)

       This package includes:

      • 60 min meal planning session with a dietitian to help you learn or simplify meal planning
      • 15 personalized recipes (meals & snacks) & grocery shopping list

      You’ll leave this session with:

      • a week (or more) of planned meals to get you started
      • tips & a step-by-step process to efficiently plan meals & set your week up for success

      Option 4: In-home meal planning & prepping session

      From $349 (South Georgian Bay residents only)

      This package includes:

      • A private, in-home meal planning & prepping session
      • 15 personalized recipes (meals & snacks) & grocery shopping list

      This package is for you if:

      • you want hands-on support with planning & preparing healthy meals for the week
      • you want me to do all the work. I will prep a week’s worth of vegetarian or vegan meals for you – you just get to enjoy!
