My Story

I’m a Plant-Based Culinary Registered Dietitian, who loves teaching people how to cook delicious, plant-based meals!

I worked as a Registered Dietitian in Northern Ontario for 3 years before moving back to Collingwood in 2019. During my time up north I realized many people do not know how to cook, aren’t comfortable with their cooking skills or don’t have time to cook.

I spent years teaching people about nutrition and how to make healthier food choices, but so often people didn’t know how to put those lessons into practice.

I have always had a passion for cooking so I thought, why not combine the two things I love most? From there, I created Harvest Table Nutrition, a business that teaches people how to cook healthy meals while also teaching them about health and nutrition.

I have been plant-based for almost 15 years, so I know the struggles AND the rewards that come with that lifestyle. I want to help people experience the best and most delicious side of plant-based eating, where ever you are in your journey – whether you’ve been plant-based for years, or if you’ve just started – I am here to help!
